为进一步增强青年职工的凝聚力、战斗力和向心力，丰富青年职工的业余文化生活，更好地激发青年职工的工作激情，东莞市高仕达模具有限公司于2024年5月25日组织开展了“心怀梦想，不负青春；心之所向，一起出发”为主题的团建拓展活动，此次共有100余名来自市场部、项目部、工程设计部、装配部等部门的青年职工及职工家属参与此次团建。

本次团建活动地点位于广东省汕尾市南澳岛生态旅游区，5月25日上午8点，三辆旅游大巴载着满车的欢声笑语从公司前往南澳岛，期盼已久的团建之旅终于开始了。天公作美，微风作伴、绿树成荫，为夏日炎炎的天气带来了一丝清凉，正是适合开展户外活动的好时节。大家沐浴在阳光下集体合照，在高仕达大家庭相册里留下了青春洋溢的一笔。

世界上没有一顿烧烤解决不了的事儿，如果有就两顿。大家走出平日里被办公室格子间束缚的小天地，在海边来一场露天狂欢K歌，吹着海风吃着烧烤唱着歌，让团队氛围又燃又嗨。
